Platform & Infrastructure
Polanfile is a specialized digital rights management (DRM) and administrative platform for independent music producers and beatmakers. We provide direct access to YouTube Content ID administration, automated royalty splits, and manual claim intervention so your original instrumentals are protected and monetized across YouTube.
We partner with SourceAudio as our enterprise delivery and fingerprinting backend. SourceAudio manages the raw technical ingestion pipeline into YouTube's Content ID database, while Polanfile provides the front-end dashboard, automated split management, and hands-on claim administration. When a claim fires on YouTube, SourceAudio will be listed on behalf of Polanfile on the claimant notice.
Major entry-level aggregators often lock Content ID behind paywalls, impose high streaming thresholds, or issue blanket rejections for instrumental beat catalogs. Polanfile eliminates scale gatekeeping for 100% original, exclusive tracks, giving rising producers high-tier fingerprinting, manual claim support, and dedicated split dashboards without recurring per-track add-on fees.
Royalties, Splits & Net Revenue
Creators retain 80% of Net Revenue collected, while Polanfile retains 20% as an administrative fee.
Net Revenue is defined as the actual royalty funds received by Polanfile from our upstream enterprise partners (like SourceAudio) after backend processing and pipeline fees are deducted. Your 80% split is calculated directly from this net amount — Polanfile does not add any extra hidden fees or secondary markups on top.
Payouts are processed on a cleared accounting cycle (90 to 180 days post-collection, depending on upstream DSP accounting schedules) once your account reaches a minimum cleared threshold of $50 USD. Payments are disbursed directly to your configured payout method.
Content Eligibility & Rules
To be eligible for Content ID fingerprinting, your audio must be 100% original, fully exclusive, and owned entirely by you. This includes original beats, composition masters, and exclusive instrumental tracks.
No. Per YouTube's strict Content ID policies, any audio containing non-exclusive royalty-free loops (e.g., Splice, Looperman, Apple Loops), public domain samples, white noise, or uncleared third-party samples is strictly ineligible. Submitting non-exclusive audio risks claim collisions and account termination.
No. Purely synthetic AI-generated audio (e.g., Suno, Udio) and unauthorized AI vocal models or deepfakes are strictly prohibited on Polanfile.
